My experience at Vantage Toyota Morecambe was memorable because Richard, the person who dealt with the sale, was so patient, efficient & professional. Having never used a manual, hybrid car, he explained clearly how it worked, the advantages of a hybrid and took me for 2 test drives, ensuring I had a very good knowledge of how to drive it. Richard helped obtain finance for me and I had a clear understanding of the costs etc. once the car was serviced and then purchased, I was clearly shown all the different functions ensuring that once I left the forecourt that I would be confident driving my new car. I was contacted to check that all is well with the car. Overall the service from initial contact to aftercare has been exceptional and I would have no hesitation in recommending Toyota Vantage, Morecambe to friends and family.
